- Financial analysis and benchmarking: Combining our commercial and operational knowledge to provide robust advice based on top-down benchmarking and bottom-up modelling of OPEX and CAPEX, including revenue trade-offs to optimise outcomes.
- KPIs and Incentive regimes: Advising on performance, KPI and incentive regimes with a view to value for money for the taxpayer and an enhanced customer experience, driven by appropriately calibrated metrics.
