SNC-Lavalin is pleased to announce that it will open a new office in Kingston, Ontario, at City Place in early 2017. This will be an additional location for personnel within the company’s North American Rail & Transit Engineering team. Initially, the new office will employ 10 to 20 rail and transit system engineering professionals, with further expansion planned for the future.
“Kingston is the ideal location for our newest Rail & Transit Engineering office,” said Kevin George, Vice-President, Rail & Transit North America, Infrastructure Engineering, at SNC-Lavalin. “As well as being a fascinating, historic city and a great place to live, Kingston was selected to become a centre of excellence for systems engineering to support our existing and future major rail and transit projects in Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.”
SNC-Lavalin will be holding a Rail & Transit information session on Tuesday 18th October, from 5:00pm to 7:30pm at the Donald Gordon Conference Centre in Kingston.
SNC-Lavalin has issued an open invitation to rail and transit professionals based in Kingston and the surrounding areas. The session will provide an opportunity for those interested to discover more about SNC-Lavalin’s end-to-end rail services and opportunities within the company as well as network with members of the management team and other rail professionals.
