10th March 2016
SNC-Lavalin Rail & Transit will be exhibiting at Jernbaneforum 2016. The event is taking place on 15th March from 9am until 4pm at Lillestrøm Kulturhus (Kirkegaten 11).
Jernbaneforum is established as a key event in the rail calendar. The exhibition attracts delegates from across Norway and the surrounding area.
The theme of the 2016 conference is ‘railway future’. This is apt, because the EXPO will be the first time the Norwegian Rail & Transit team has exhibited, since their company rebranded at the beginning of the year.
The former Interfleet business was acquired by SNC-Lavalin in 2011, and officially adopted the name of its Canadian parent on 1st January 2016. The new structure has united more than 1,500 rail experts across the globe.
Christina Lødding from SNC-Lavalin Norway comments: “We’re excited to attend Jernbaneforum, under our new name. If you’re planning a visit to the show, do pop in and say hello to the Rail & Transit team - you’ll find us at stand 6.”
