Interfleet, SNC-Lavalin’s international rail consultancy, continues to grow in Sweden. The Swedish operation is welcoming several new additions, as well as witnessing a few familiar faces on the move.
On 1st August, Jon Sundh transferred from the Mechanical Systems team to AM Systems. Jon will lead the development of Interfleet’s data analysis and business intelligence.
New starter Lina Rylander joined Operations and Maintenance on 17th August. Lina is currently finishing a degree in Design and Product Engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology.
Marcus Jan Bertilsson started in the Mechanical Systems team on the same day. Marcus recently completed an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering at KTH, with a specialisation in Rail Vehicles.
Since 18th August, the Gothenburg office has been strengthened by Project Manager, Johan Lindgren. Johan comes from Bombardier in Västerås, where - among other things - he was responsible for the design and integration of wiring and electrical cabinets on vehicles. His work covered everything from managing procurements to handling customer requirements for commissions and installations.
Former Operations and Maintenance Consultant Malin Karlsson has been promoted to Consultant Manager for the Quality team. The changes to Malin’s role will be effective from 20th August.
Monica Magnusson will also be taking up a new position at Interfleet. From 31st August, she will devote 50% of her time to Mechatronics. The remaining 50% will be spent completing her existing duties as Office Manager. Monica previously worked in Testing as a Test Leader and Project Manager.
