Interfleet has become the first company in Sweden with an integrated business management system that is certified to the new ISO standards.
 
All companies certified to ISO9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 will be required to convert their systems within the next three years. Interfleet has held a quality certificate since 2002 and environmental certificate since 2009 in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
 
As pioneers for quality and environmental awareness, Interfleet Sweden took the decision to implement these changes as soon as possible. Interfleet is now the first certified company in Sweden for ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015.
 
Malin Nevelid, HSQE Manager for Interfleet Sweden comments: “Reactions from users of our new business management system have been extremely positive. All of our development was done from a user perspective, so the entire system is searchable and it only takes a couple of steps to find what you want. Processes and procedures are clearly separated, but are also available in an A-Z directory. The system was built in SharePoint, so it features integrated version control and is easy to keep up to date.”
 
Malin continues: “The key individuals involved in the project were a certified management specialist, a senior consultant in quality and an IT consultant with extensive SharePoint knowledge."
