In association with the IET, IMechE, ICE and CILT the accredited scheme is the fastest route to Chartered Status, enhancing your career prospects. We provide excellent training opportunities working for a variety of different organisations within the industry, providing our graduates with valuable experience and a network of contacts. There is also the opportunity to travel internationally experiencing different countries and cultures. Since 1998 we have employed more than 100 graduates who have progressed through the scheme and the company is now seeing the rewards of this investment.
The rail industry needs more young engineers to sustain knowledge and expertise. Our commitment to provide training is recognised throughout the industry with many of our key clients using our scheme as a best practice example. Historically many of our graduates have undertaken placements for our clients such as First Great Western, London Underground and Bombardier Transportation UK.
We encourage our graduates to work closely with the Scheme Management team to consistently improve and refine the scheme. This joint approach provides mutual benefits for both the graduate trainees and the business through reviewing programme content, obtaining feedback and working together to develop first class training for the future.
